Modern Minimalist

These clients in Chicago wanted a minimalist aesthetic — but with modern architectural elements to serve as a clean backdrop for the pops of color they love to feature throughout their home. They also needed more open space for entertaining.

Design

Clean, minimal design elements were selected in neutral tones so the bursts of color we incorporated would truly shine — just look at those orange kitchen stools! The colors are never overwhelming, however; they serve as playful, artistic elements that create a comfortable and friendly vibe. The open kitchen and adjacent areas are ideal for gatherings, with contrasting textures and design selections all contributing to the overall modern aesthetic.
